The revised 2020 F1 season, affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, is finally complete as Turkey, Bahrain and Abu Dhabi join the calendar for a grand total of 17 rounds. This is the first time that Formula One will return to the Istanbul Park circuit since the 2011 edition.
After the 13th round of the season at Imola on November 1, F1 will head to Turkey on November 15, with a double header weekend at Bahrain using two different track layouts on November 29 and December 4. Finishing off the season will be the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix at the Yas Marina Circuit on December 13.
F1 has also confirmed that some of these races will be open to a limited number of fans. On the other hand, any hopes for a race in China this season are over as F1 has confirmed that it will not host a race in Shanghai.
As things stand, we’re already reaching the halfway point of the season with the Belgian Grand Prix scheduled to run this weekend.
